Q:  Where are you located?
A:  Our address is Epping Aquatic Center, 26 Stanley Road, Epping, NSW 2121. 

Q:  What are your lesson hours?  
A:  Our weekday lessons are from 6 AM to 9 AM and weekend lessons are from 9AM to 12PM.

Q:  What is the difference between private and semi-private?
A:  Our private lessons are one-on-one swim lessons where the student  has been paired with a single swim instructor.  Our semi-private lessons  are small group (up to 6) swim lessons with one instructor. The swimmers need to be at the same swim level. 

Q:  Can I share my semi-private lesson with a family friend’s child?
A:  Yes!  As long as the other family is also a member, or the child is a  member. They need to be less than 2 years apart and have the same swim  levels then you can share your semi-private lessons.

Q: Can I book a makeup lesson? 

A:  The makeup lesson is for emergency reasons. Allowed once every 3  months. Scheduling a makeup lesson depends on the instructor's  availability. It has to be scheduled within 7 days of the missed lesson  (before the next recurring lesson and has to keep the following  recurring lesson) and with the same instructor.
 

Q:  How long are your private and semi-private swim lessons?
A:  Our swim lessons are 90 minutes long. Special arrangement can be made upon request.
 

Q:  Do you offer group lessons?
A:  The Intensive Swim lessons aims to provide personalized training plans and instructions so that the swimmers can maximize the outcome for each lesson. Therefore, we do not offer large group lessons.
